Our products are hand made therefore no two treats look alike. We make every effort to create our products in the same fashion, but color and texture may vary slightly with each homemade batch we produce.

***SHIPPING!*** This is a February special/ not just Valentine’s Day! ❤️ You are absolutely welcomed to add in regular product inventory with your order, they will all ship together! Shipping will begin 7-10 business days after you place your order! Please know that we are not specifically aiming to have these arrive by Valentines Day! They are just Valentine’s Day themed and will be available the entire month of February something we have never done! 

USPS is in control of your package once it leaves our hands and Valentine's Day delivery can not be guaranteed on our end.***

***LOCAL PICK UP!*** Cumberland & local customers~Please contact me via email or the contact form on our website to schedule a pick up time after your order is placed! We will also refund your shipping! Our facility is in Cumberland and we are not open typical business hours which is why we will need to schedule a pick up time. Pick Ups will be 7-10 Business days after you place your order and we will get in touch with you when it is ready to pick up after you reach out via email! 

***SALE DETAILS***! With each pre-order sale, we have a limited quantity we are able to produce. We are allowing more sales this year than ever before! That said: We are a very small team over here and create hand made artisan treats! Quality takes time and careful detail! This means we are only able to produce a limited quantity of each treat in order to maintain the quality our customers deserve! We will keep each listing up until we sell out or until our shipping date arrives. The early bird gets the treat! We often sell out VERY fast! Please don't be sad if you miss out! We try to do fun and new treat promotions with each new holiday! And your favorites sometimes make reappearances through out the year!

***Warm Weather Warning: This product contains chocolate. If your state is extremely warm and you fear the product will melt, please order at your own risk. Sugar Wood is not responsible for melted items due to warm weather. Replacements and refunds are not offered in melting cases. (But it's sooooooo good so I hope it's not too hot where you are!)
