***PLEASE NOTE: Our products are homemade and artisan quality takes time! Our orders take 7-10 business days to bake, package and pack. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. The general turn around time is 7-10 business days from order placement to shipment. We use USPS to ship all packages. Whenever we do have product on hand to fulfill your order, we make every effort to ship sooner! ***

***Warm Weather Warning: If your state is extremely warm and you fear the product will melt, please order at your own risk. Sugar Wood is not responsible for melted items due to warm weather. Replacements and refunds are not offered in melting cases. It's important to note: We have also have never had a complaint about melting and we have shipped to Texas, Arizona, Florida and almost all 50 states! So far temperature under 90 has been successful!
